R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total body, high intensity style program utilizing free weights, kettlebells and bodyweight resistance. The components of R.I.P.P.E.D. – Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance are precisely organized in the R.I.P.P.E.D. class format to shock the body and stimulate energy and muscles while changing focus and activities in a unique circuit training style.
