R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total body, high intensity style program utilizing free weights, kettlebells and bodyweight resistance. The components of R.I.P.P.E.D. – Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance are precisely organized in the R.I.P.P.E.D. class format to shock the body and stimulate energy and muscles while changing focus and activities in a unique circuit training style. This energetic and motivating class will provide consistency and a total body response that will challenge your power and strength, fitness and endurance! R.I.P.P.E.D provides a fun, constantly changing class format that is effective for all fitness levels!

1 hour session. All fitness levels welcome.

Burn It Up Bootcamp

Includes TRX, Kettle Bells, and more! We invite you to challenge yourself in this unique and fun group training. We combined the best of dynamic strength and cardio exercises that will help you reach new levels of fitness. (Includes Kettlebells, TRX, resistance, cardio, and weight training)

1 hour session. All fitness levels welcome.
